Rise expands services in Kalamunda

Rise is delighted to expand our services in the Kalamunda area, increasing the opportunities for older people to remain independent in their own homes.
Shire of Kalamunda Council recently made a decision to transfer its community care services to an external provider and sought interest from the market.
From 1 July 2017 the Shire’s existing 725 HACC recipients, staff and volunteers will be given the opportunity to transition to Rise.

Alderson Place opens in Cockburn Central

Rise Community Network officially opened the new Cockburn offices with a fun-filled Open Day.
The event was held on Monday 27th February, with plenty of activities.
The new service hub allows Rise Community Network to provide community services across more of the Perth metro area.
