Justine Colyer

CEO

Justine Colyer has over 25 years’ experience in strategic planning, project and change management, working in Europe and Australia in the private, public and not for profit sectors. Justine is a significant contributor to the WA community sector through her work on peak and industry bodies and pro bono work for a range of other non-profit organisations.  She has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors program and is Telstra Businesswomen’s award winner. 

Polly Klante FCA, GAICD, FGIA

Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Polly Klante, CFO, has over 20 years’ experience as a finance professional, having previously worked in the UK, Tokyo and Sydney. Polly has been involved in the financial management of various complex accounting situations and entities and has an interest in technical accounting and developing finance team members. She contributes to other not for profit organisations as a Board director and through mentoring others and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Helen Dymond

General Manager Service Delivery

Helen has over 25 years’ experience working in the Community Sector with a particular interest in Aged Care.  She has held senior management positions for the past 10 years and joined Rise in 2012.  Over the recent years Helen has actively participated in sector input to the major reforms in Aged and Disability Services and has led the translation of these reforms into practice at Rise.  

Simon Robbins

Director Corporate Services

Simon joined Rise in 2014 and brings with him 30 years’ experience in both the public and private property sectors in the UK and Australia. While in that sector, he fulfilled several Managerial and Senior Managerial roles implementing strategies that have successfully overseen organisations during periods of rapid change and growth. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineer and a Member of the Royal, Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He enjoys being outdoors during his spare time. 

Shaun Mays BA SW (Hons) Grad Dip 

General Manager Service Delivery

Shaun Mays has 20 years’ experience in the Human Services sector and has held senior management positions for the last 12 years at both National and State based organisations. He has extensive experience working across child protection; youth; mental health; drug and alcohol; and health sectors. He is passionate about client centred service delivery and empowering clients to meaningfully take part in service design. He holds a BA (Hons) in Social Work, has been a member of the Australian Association of Social Work since 2002 and is currently completing an MBA.  

Fiona Durrant

Director Workforce

Fiona Durrant, Director Workforce, has over 15 years of senior Human Resources experience in the Corporate and Not for Profit sectors including 7 years of international experience. She is a Certified professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) and holds an MBA. She sits on various NFP committees and forums.
