COVID-19 is an evolving health concern. This page will be regularly updated for the
people we support. Please check back regularly.

So far, Rise has had zero cases of COVID-19 within the organisation (including clients and staff). We’ll continue to ensure we follow all the strict guidelines for health and safety provided by the Government.  All staff have completed the Government’s COVID-19 health and safety training. Rise also has strict processes regarding using PPE and keeping our vehicles clean.  We have developed our COVIDSafe Plans in line with Government requirements.

Rise is always here to support you. If you’d like to start resuming your services again, please let your Support Workers or Coordinator know. You can also read the "It's OK To Have Homecare" information sheet from the Department of Health here.
