Our team meets all National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) training requirements and receive continual training to ensure we provide safe and contemporary support. All Rise staff are supported by an on-call program that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who provide advice and support on the phone.
 
When you live with Rise, you will also have access to a designated Coordinator who is responsible for the running of your house and the management of the staff.  You will also see other Senior Managers who will drop into the house and attend social events such as the End of Year Party.
 
There are rules about how all Rise workers and volunteers will support you and these are called the National Disability Standards.  The Standards are there to make sure you are treated well and fairly, and Rise must follow these rules when you receive services from us.
