CBRE offer their services for an exciting makeover project at Rise

CBRE, the world’s largest real estate services company

Rise has been approached by CBRE who have offered their services to assist in a makeover. They will be transforming two People with Disability residential sites, Pioneer House and Nobel House in Mt Helena.

CBRE Cares

CBRE Cares is the company’s corporate giving and volunteer organisation. They facilitate a wide-range of charitable activities for the community.

The makeover project

CBRE Cares has a volunteer workforce of 100+ enthusiastic staff, and will ‘make-over’ the outdoor areas of two supported accommodation facilities over the course of one week (14 – 18th November 2016).

Each day will see a different group of CBRE people on-site tackling different aspects of the project. The aim is to provide outdoor areas that are accessible, functional and attractive for the people who call these houses home.

Keep an eye on our blog, as we post further information and transformation pictures!

We can’t wait to see the final makeover!

We have been very impressed by the professionalism and support from Rise Network Housing Division.

It’s great to be involved with an organisation like the City who have reviewed their risks and concluded that Community Housing is an area where they could make improvements by engaging with an organisation who are experienced in this field.
